About the role
- Support customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
- Install and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
- Collaborate with Agilent teams to provide solutions to customers
- May calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level
- Consent to participate and meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements
