About the role
- Join Agilent Technologies as a Technical Sales Manager to lead the Mass Spectrometry Product Specialist team.
- Maintain in-depth expertise in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry to inform sales strategies.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Demonstrate skills to manage diverse responsibilities and customer relationships.
- Generate precise sales forecasts and reports to inform strategy planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering) is required.
- Master’s Degree, MBA, or PhD is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years sales and/or sales management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agilent’s LC and mass spectrometry portfolios/applications.
- Proven experience leading a sales team in technical sales or related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency with SalesForce.
- Willingness to travel with direct reports.
