About the role

  • Join Agilent Technologies as a Technical Sales Manager to lead the Mass Spectrometry Product Specialist team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering) is required.
  • Master’s Degree, MBA, or PhD is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years sales and/or sales management experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Agilent’s LC and mass spectrometry portfolios/applications.
  • Proven experience leading a sales team in technical sales or related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency with SalesForce.
  • Willingness to travel with direct reports.
