About the role
- Develop and expand the Cell Analysis business by supporting sales channels, helping with closing orders, and ensuring a motivated and well-trained sales force.
- Maintain close relationships with Agilent’s key accounts, building a strong network of collaborators and partners to foster business growth.
- Have a deep knowledge of our product portfolio to ensure we support our customers with the correct solution: - Cell imaging and Microscopy: Automated Cell Imager, Cell Imaging Multimode reader, Software, Microplates - Liquid Handling Solutions: Washer and Washer Dispensers. - Real-Time Cell Metabolic Analysis: Seahorse XF Analyzer.
- Manage the Cell Analysis sales funnel with a clear understanding of the competitive landscape using internal tools.
- Support and actively contribute to related marketing activities, proposing and implementing local marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with other business areas, including software, liquid phase, and service teams, to ensure cohesive commercialization strategies and workflows.
Requirements
- University Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, or equivalent).
- Strong expertise of Microscopy and Cellular Metabolism techniques, including microplate readers and washers.
- Significant sales experience with Biotech , Pharma or a similar industry
- Sales or end user or service experience with Microscopy , Live Cell Imaging and/or Real time Cell Metabolism .
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and resources.
- Willingness to embrace new ways of connecting with customers.
- Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical workflows.
- Fluent in both French and English
