About the role
- Develop product activity with existing customers and new prospects
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs/tenders with short-, medium- and long-term business plans
- Take responsibility for complex sales cycles (annual and multi-year subscriptions) and manage relationships with the various stakeholders involved (internal & external)
- Define development strategies for key accounts
- Model and present commercial proposals/ROI plans to our clients
- Ensure the availability of resources to successfully carry out your projects
- Monitor sales performance across the solution portfolio
- Work closely with field marketing, equipment sales, product specialists and back-office teams
Requirements
- University degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of chromatography, mass spectrometry and/or atomic/molecular spectroscopy
- Significant experience selling these solutions OR experience as a user of these products
- Good level of English (particularly written comprehension)
