Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent)
- Extensive relevant experience typically required for this level
- Background in laboratory settings preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of laboratory service industry operations and markets
- Demonstrated expertise in the role, with proven ability to work independently
- High motivation for growth and achievement
- Practical, results-oriented experience in developing and implementing effective operational plans
- Established record of successfully influencing cross-functional responsibilities within a global organization
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Proven collaboration and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required
- Proficiency in the local language is a plus.
