About the role
- Spearheading commercial and business development initiatives for CDMO Market
- Developing strategies, initiatives, and KPIs to gain market share.
- Define the business dashboard and track KPIs with the goal to grow business.
- Quarterly reporting, competitive assessment framework, KOL engagement, Regulatory Connect.
- Driving & maintaining partnerships and collaborations with regulatory bodies and KOLs.
- Contribute to impactful sales and marketing programs by identifying new business opportunities through market trend analysis and customer qualification.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to plan and execute meetings with potential customers.
- Promote Agilent’s brand and solutions across assigned markets.
- Support deal closure and increase win probability by engaging in specific sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of CDMO business dynamics and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
- Experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and sales enablement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the life sciences, pharma, or CDMO sectors.
- Prior engagement with CDMO labs is highly desirable.
