About the role

  • Spearheading commercial and business development initiatives for CDMO Market
  • Developing strategies, initiatives, and KPIs to gain market share.
  • Define the business dashboard and track KPIs with the goal to grow business.
  • Quarterly reporting, competitive assessment framework, KOL engagement, Regulatory Connect.
  • Driving & maintaining partnerships and collaborations with regulatory bodies and KOLs.
  • Contribute to impactful sales and marketing programs by identifying new business opportunities through market trend analysis and customer qualification.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to plan and execute meetings with potential customers.
  • Promote Agilent’s brand and solutions across assigned markets.
  • Support deal closure and increase win probability by engaging in specific sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of CDMO business dynamics and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
  • Experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and sales enablement.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the life sciences, pharma, or CDMO sectors.
  • Prior engagement with CDMO labs is highly desirable.
