About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize, launch, optimize and analyze client campaigns
- Monitor results and deliver reports
- Participate in strategic meetings and communicate clearly with clients and the internal team
- Serve as a technical and organizational reference within the operation
- Support the management of a lean team and ensure deadlines, quality standards and project goals are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid knowledge and HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads
- Long-term commitment (we are not hiring freelancers)
- Availability for daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly meetings
- Availability for client meetings (onboarding, access setup and results presentations)
- Desire for continuous professional growth
- Good communication, a sense of responsibility and professional demeanor
- Proactivity and initiative to solve problems and propose improvements
- Familiarity with marketing and organizational tools
- Experience in client management, organizing requests, setting priorities and tracking deliveries
- Analytical profile with a strategic mindset, not only operational
