About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prospect contacts daily and record information in spreadsheets.
Build and maintain relationships with leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
Ensure leads attend their scheduled meetings.
Experience with or ease of using a CRM daily, meeting deadlines and tracking daily tasks.
Experience or familiarity with task management tools, especially ClickUp or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication, with clarity for client group interactions and team collaboration.
Quick response to requests and the ability to prioritize, aiming for excellence and speed in delivery.
Schedule meetings daily through outbound and inbound channels.
Perform a high volume of follow-up activities.
Availability to participate in alignment rituals (daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly meetings).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in digital operations, marketing, agencies, or high-demand squads.
Experience with prospecting (online or offline).
Fluency in Portuguese.
Comfort making phone calls.
Ability to handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining consistency and quality.
