About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect contacts daily and record information in spreadsheets.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Ensure leads attend their scheduled meetings.
- Experience with or ease of using a CRM daily, meeting deadlines and tracking daily tasks.
- Experience or familiarity with task management tools, especially ClickUp or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with clarity for client group interactions and team collaboration.
- Quick response to requests and the ability to prioritize, aiming for excellence and speed in delivery.
- Schedule meetings daily through outbound and inbound channels.
- Perform a high volume of follow-up activities.
- Availability to participate in alignment rituals (daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly meetings).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in digital operations, marketing, agencies, or high-demand squads.
- Experience with prospecting (online or offline).
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Comfort making phone calls.
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining consistency and quality.
