About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect contacts daily and record information in spreadsheets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
  • Ensure leads attend their scheduled meetings.
  • Experience with or ease of using a CRM daily, meeting deadlines and tracking daily tasks.
  • Experience or familiarity with task management tools, especially ClickUp or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with clarity for client group interactions and team collaboration.
  • Quick response to requests and the ability to prioritize, aiming for excellence and speed in delivery.
  • Schedule meetings daily through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Perform a high volume of follow-up activities.
  • Availability to participate in alignment rituals (daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly meetings).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in digital operations, marketing, agencies, or high-demand squads.
  • Experience with prospecting (online or offline).
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Comfort making phone calls.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining consistency and quality.
