About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with developing and editing content for company websites, newsletters, presentations, social media, and other communications channels
- Draft and proofread internal and external communications, including announcements, employee communications, company updates, and marketing materials
- Support social media planning, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Assist with preparation of corporate presentations, capability materials, brochures, one-pagers, and other business-development collateral
- Help coordinate company events, conferences, trade shows, employee engagement activities, and other marketing initiatives
- Support website content updates and basic search-engine optimization (SEO) activities
- Collect and organize performance metrics for marketing and communications initiatives and help prepare reports
- Provide general administrative and project support to the Marketing & Communications team as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Strong research, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- General office environment
