Program Manager

• Lead a team of technical specialists through all phases of the program, ensuring successful integration and execution of all program segments and services.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Prime Contractor and our team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with program objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program goals, create and maintain relationships within the stakeholders in the region, and support local growth strategies and goals.
• Establish policies and procedures for achieving the standards required for contract performance, and monitor progress to ensure conformity to prescribed standards.
• Support the prime contractor where necessary with assigning, scheduling, directing, and controlling work efforts of technical and functional specialists, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks to program success, including technical, financial, and operational risks.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all deliverables, including technical documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Identify opportunities for program growth and improvement, and implement changes to enhance program performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and security requirements, including cybersecurity standards and policies.
• Develop, manage, and track budgets for the program and its various projects, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
