About the role

  • Collaborate with business development and capture teams to develop and align marketing initiatives with strategic priorities and customer objectives.
  • Create messaging that translates complex technologies and mission capabilities into clear value propositions for government audiences.
  • Support brand positioning across digital, event, and content marketing channels.
  • Manage website updates, content publishing, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in national security, defense, government contracting, or related sectors.
  • Experience leveraging and developing for digital and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing proactive communications strategies in large, complex organizations or government environments.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience advising senior leaders and operating as a trusted communications counselor.
  • Knowledge of federal contracting, IT services, digital modernization, and government affairs.
