About the role
- Operate within the Healthcare Department to oversee and implement projects (WiFi assessments/installs, application migrations/upgrades, device deployments e.g., laptops, desktops, printers, Wow/Jaco carts)
- Estimate project resources, timelines, and costs and maintain project financials (estimated, actual, and forecasted) for internal resources
- Oversee assigned IT projects to ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and scope
- Manage monthly billing for all completed projects
- Develop and execute project communication plans and provide status updates to staff and stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and summarize information and trends to create project status reports
- Conduct retrospectives and performance evaluations
- Cultivate business relationships and promote a positive, collaborative work environment
- Delegate tasks and collaborate with the project team
- Comply with company governance, policies, and security controls and manage projects to meet these standards
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Management using leading project delivery methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PMP certified, or Agile equivalent is preferred but not required
- Advanced MS O365 skills required, MS Project and MS Project Online a plus
- Strong business analysis, meeting facilitation, project and time management skills, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Proven cross-functional experience within IT and Business from end users to SMEs
- Manage multiple projects and tasks day-to-day
- Healthcare IT management or Desktop experience is a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITAM/Hampro is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual a plus
