About the role

  • Traveling up to 50% of the time
  • Serving as a thought leader on growth opportunities to our executive leadership team.
  • Defining strategies and plans to capture these opportunities and improve company’s business
  • Coaching and managing Sales Team including Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to ensure continued professional development and consistent success
  • Championing and executing new strategies in partnership with the executive leadership
  • Collaborating across regions and functions to drive critical initiatives to success
  • Collaborating on executive presentations, in partnership with the executive sales leadership

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, product management, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company
  • Strategic consulting, sales support, and market research experience
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Minimum experience of 10 years in client facing, enterprise account sales in $500M+ Annual Sales Revenues
  • Strategic sales knowledge with ability to negotiate long-term agreements directly with clients
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Strong relationship building skills and can prospect and qualify new opportunities with a comfort level required to sell to executives
  • Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing fast growth environment
  • A desire to travel a minimum of 50%
