Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and steer top-line performance
Monitor, validate and analyze the top line (multiple revenue sources)
Create and improve reporting to monitor client performance
Identify growth levers or opportunities to optimize the customer base
Translate business challenges into actionable KPIs
Ensure the quality and reliability of the data used by Business teams
Participate in business reviews and support decision-making with clear, impact-oriented analyses
Continuously improve Finance processes across the full value chain: CRM → MRR → billing → cash
Contribute to strategic projects such as the implementation of a CPQ tool
Collaborate closely with Data, Product, Revenue and Business teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of tools and processes
Provide business support to Sales, CS, Product and Marketing teams on KPI interpretation
Contribute to financial reporting and cross-functional Finance/growth projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent (Bac+5)
2 to 4 years of experience in finance, management control, FP&A, consulting, project management or in a SaaS environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse operational teams
Hands-on, curious, autonomous and solution-oriented
Fluent in French, professional working proficiency in English
