About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new products and features by analyzing data, conducting user interviews, studying the competition, and leveraging input from cross-functional teams to uncover new opportunities
- Become the bank payments expert in Agicap
- Work with Tech, Design, Sales, Support, and Data teams to continuously turn insights into opportunities, hypotheses, tests, and features that win over our 8,000+ international clients and directly fuel Agicap's growth
- Set quarterly business and product objectives for your squad (in collaboration with the CEO, CPO, and CTO)
- Build your squad's product roadmap based on Agicap's strategic objectives
- Own the quality and delivery timelines of the features your squad ships — we love an MVP approach
- Build a strong relationship with Tech and Design to deliver innovative features on tight timelines
- Continuously measure and track the impact of the features your squad develops
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product or pre-sales experience with corporate-to-bank channels: EBICS, SWIFT (corporate side: FileAct, gpi), H2H, corporate banking APIs
- Payment and reporting formats: ISO 20022 (pain / camt), CFONB, ideally MT
- Understanding of VOP challenges (Verification of Payee, 2026–2027 compliance) and the ISO 20022 migration
- Ability to engage with treasurers / CFOs on the client side and Cash Management teams on the bank side
- Knowledge of local specifics (CBI in Italy, FedNow/Fedwire/ACH in the US, DACH region) (Nice-to-have)
- Exposure to cash management platforms or TMS (Kyriba, Sage XRT, Trovata, Datalog…) (Nice-to-have)
- You've launched products that delivered meaningful business results and real value for users (Nice-to-have)
- You have strong analytical skills and approach topics with curiosity and methodological rigor (Nice-to-have)
- You have excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders, carry a vision, and clearly articulate user value and business impact (Nice-to-have)
- You're used to working directly with developers and designers (Nice-to-have)
- You're comfortable listening to and communicating with external stakeholders (Nice-to-have)
- You bring a strong sense of ownership (Nice-to-have)
- You're fluent in English (French or German or Italian is a plus) (Nice-to-have)
