About the role

  • You will help grow the local marketing team and work closely with the headquarters team in Lyon.
  • You plan and manage marketing campaigns to drive lead generation in the DACH market.
  • You organize webinars and on-site/regional events and are responsible for coordinating speakers and content.
  • You use multiple marketing channels to increase brand awareness and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • You maintain Agicap's brand as a leading Treasury Management software provider in the DACH market.
  • You collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to elevate new and existing partnerships.
  • You analyze KPIs and insights to effectively reach prospects and improve campaign performance.
  • You stay up to date on industry trends to tailor your communications accordingly.
  • You support the local sales team in achieving their MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets through lead generation campaigns while ensuring effective enablement and follow-up.

Requirements

  • German at C2+ level and business-fluent English.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a fast-growing environment; ideally with prior experience in B2B SaaS and a focus on SMBs.
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated with a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Able to work independently and in a structured way, with the ability to process a large volume of information simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic and team-oriented.
  • Experience with event management and HubSpot is a plus.
