About the role

Design end-to-end product experiences (discovery → delivery) in close collaboration with product managers, developers and stakeholders.
Understand user needs through research (interviews, usability testing, user journey analysis) and translate them into concrete solutions.
Define and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality UI interfaces.
Contribute to the product vision and strategic decisions by providing a user-centered perspective.
Maintain and grow the Design System (components, UX/UI guidelines, accessibility).
Ensure implementation quality with engineering teams through to production.

At least 3 years of experience as a product designer in the tech industry.
Significant experience in SaaS, ideally in B2B and in a high-growth environment.
Autonomous and accountable for your projects.
Excellent design and prototyping skills.
Able to conduct user research and usability testing.
Strong written communication and methodological rigor.
Able to break down needs into multiple features and produce mockups.
Proficient with design tools such as Figma.
Knowledge of web languages and frameworks is a plus.
Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and a desire to share knowledge.
Comfortable working with agile methodologies.
A portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design approach and the results of your work.
