Lead multiple, concurrent acquisition and startup initiatives, ensuring full operational integration within the targeted timeframes.
Own the full project lifecycle—from initiation through closeout—ensuring execution excellence, risk and issue mitigation.
Develop detailed integration roadmaps and execution plans, ensuring clear milestones and stakeholder alignment.
Partner closely with various teams to identify gaps, risks, and required system/process changes.
Standardize and continuously improve integration playbooks and best practices to increase efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field (required).
5+ years of experience leading Integration efforts in an M&A environment.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a growth or fast-paced organization.
5+ years of insurance industry experience with a solid understanding of core insurance operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrated success driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority.
PMP certification (preferred).
Strong proficiency with cloud-based project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
Experience building executive-level dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
