About the role

  • Lead multiple, concurrent acquisition and startup initiatives, ensuring full operational integration within the targeted timeframes.
  • Own the full project lifecycle—from initiation through closeout—ensuring execution excellence, risk and issue mitigation.
  • Develop detailed integration roadmaps and execution plans, ensuring clear milestones and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner closely with various teams to identify gaps, risks, and required system/process changes.
  • Standardize and continuously improve integration playbooks and best practices to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field (required).
  • 5+ years of experience leading Integration efforts in an M&A environment.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a growth or fast-paced organization.
  • 5+ years of insurance industry experience with a solid understanding of core insurance operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority.
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with cloud-based project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
  • Experience building executive-level dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
