About the role

  • Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and high performance.
  • Ensure operations are executed according to Aggreko procedures, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Monitor operational indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the liaison with internal departments and clients to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.

Requirements

  • Professional with prior experience in operations and team leadership.
  • Technical or university degree in related fields (e.g., engineering, mechanical, electrical, or similar).
  • Strong focus on safety, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills, decision-making ability, and people management.
  • Availability to work in operational and dynamic environments.
