About the role
- Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and high performance.
- Ensure operations are executed according to Aggreko procedures, schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor operational indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the liaison with internal departments and clients to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
Requirements
- Professional with prior experience in operations and team leadership.
- Technical or university degree in related fields (e.g., engineering, mechanical, electrical, or similar).
- Strong focus on safety, organization, and problem-solving.
- Good communication skills, decision-making ability, and people management.
- Availability to work in operational and dynamic environments.
