About the role

  • Spend approx every 2nd week travelling throughout the Goldfields region visiting clients and building key relationships
  • Build personal knowledge of Aggreko's new products
  • Develop new customers within mining and heavy industry, promoting power generation and temperature control solutions
  • Elevate the business’s customer experience by delivering expert assistance in addressing technical inquiries
  • Support clients across the entire scope of sales - business development and product introduction
  • Cover project design, project/site delivery
  • Formulate a technical application sales plan for allocated region
  • Advise clients of the breadth of range and hybrid and low emissions solutions
  • Accelerate new products utilisation, responsible for allocated budget and growth goals
  • Liaise with Aggreko technicians and management to provide technical solutions

Requirements

  • Proven in industrial sales role, or in an industrial trades position
  • Technically proficient with industrial products related to mining equipment or power generation
  • Familiarity with greener energy solutions would be highly regarded
  • Strongly analytical, possessing problem-solving capabilities
  • Keen to grow your professional capabilities with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Dedicated to safety, quality, and customer experience
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
  • Understanding factors critical for successful new product introduction and integration
  • Able to apply basic project management skills
  • Strongly focused on your customer account management skills
