About the role
- Identifying, developing, structuring, tendering, negotiating, and closing energy solutions in Brazil
- Building and maintaining opportunity pipeline aligned with strategic priorities
- Leading the end-to-end tendering process
- Structuring commercial models and leading negotiations
- Acting as the commercial interface between customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- 7–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles in power generation or energy infrastructure
- Proven experience with complex tenders and long-term contracts
- Negotiation with senior-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Brazilian power sector
- Hybrid generation concepts experience
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish desirable)
