About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identifying, developing, structuring, tendering, negotiating, and closing energy solutions in Brazil
  • Building and maintaining opportunity pipeline aligned with strategic priorities
  • Leading the end-to-end tendering process
  • Structuring commercial models and leading negotiations
  • Acting as the commercial interface between customers and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 7–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles in power generation or energy infrastructure
  • Proven experience with complex tenders and long-term contracts
  • Negotiation with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian power sector
  • Hybrid generation concepts experience
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish desirable)
