About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an internal analytics consultant and data ambassador for Marketing, CRM, Customer Intelligence and Product teams
- Develop, consolidate and advance analytical models and measurement frameworks for customer relationship initiatives
- Build and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistency, governance and an integrated view of results
- Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities related to retention, purchase frequency, engagement, average ticket, LTV and other strategic metrics
- Develop analyses to measure results of CRM, loyalty, personalization and marketing campaigns, proposing recommendations for optimization
- Define and apply impact measurement methodologies, including A/B tests, control groups, hypothesis testing and incremental analyses
- Evaluate the performance of analytical and personalization models, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Translate complex analyses into executive recommendations through data storytelling
- Support business areas in decision-making through statistical analyses and data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in data analysis applied to solving business problems
- Strong knowledge of applied statistics, including sampling, statistical significance, hypothesis testing and impact analysis
- Experience designing, executing and interpreting A/B tests, control groups and incremental analyses
- Experience in analytical processes, including data collection, cleaning, manipulation, exploration and visualization
- Proficiency in SQL for handling large volumes of data
- Programming in Python for data analysis and analytical modeling
- Experience building metrics, indicators and performance tracking models
- Ability to present analyses and recommendations to business stakeholders using data storytelling
- Knowledge of PySpark and Databricks
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
