About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and organize the company’s administrative and financial routines;
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including bank reconciliations and cash flow control;
  • Support treasury routines, ensuring financial control and predictability;
  • Process, verify and control service invoices;
  • Manage administrative relationships with suppliers, including registration, onboarding/qualification and document regularization;
  • Monitor and control contracts and contractual deadlines, including more complex contracts;
  • Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring adherence to financial planning;
  • Support processes related to contract terminations, ensuring compliance and risk control;
  • Drive the organization and continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes;
  • Support the establishment of routines and internal controls, ensuring standardization and operational efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, rules and corporate governance and compliance guidelines;
  • Support requests related to controllership, compliance and governance, contributing to the transparency and security of operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in administrative, financial, controllership or governance areas
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Experience with treasury routines and cash flow control
  • Experience processing, verifying and controlling service invoices
  • Experience managing suppliers administratively
  • Experience with supplier registration, onboarding/qualification and document regularization processes
  • Experience controlling and managing service provider contracts, including more complex contracts
  • Experience with budget control and monitoring
  • Experience in contract termination processes
  • Experience with financial and administrative ERP systems
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of service taxation
  • Knowledge of compliance and corporate governance practices
  • Experience in service companies
  • Experience structuring administrative and financial processes.
