About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements for AI-driven solutions;
Translate business needs into clear specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria;
Support the design of user journeys, business rules, and use cases;
Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and operations teams;
Participate in delivery validation, functional testing, and sign-off processes;
Document processes, flows, features, and rules associated with solutions;
Assist in backlog management and prioritization of requests;
Identify improvement opportunities in processes and AI-supported experiences;
Contribute to the continuous evolution of solutions in production.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with LLMs, chatbots, or intelligent agents
Knowledge of conversational flows
Familiarity with APIs, automations, and integrations
Experience with AI testing and response analysis
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma
Experience with agile methodologies
Knowledge of cloud environments such as Google Cloud and Azure
Knowledge of Databricks
