About the role

  • Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of applications;
  • Implement and advance observability practices (monitoring, metrics, logs, and tracing);
  • Participate in incident response and conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis);
  • Automate operational processes and eliminate manual tasks;
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
  • Work with SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budget management);
  • Support the design of resilient and scalable architectures;
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in security and governance.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as an SRE, DevOps engineer, or in Infrastructure
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or similar)
  • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and networking
  • Experience with automation (Shell scripting, Python, or Go)
