About the role
- Manage configuration and automation of On-Premise and Cloud environments;
- Provide technical leadership for DevOps/SRE initiatives, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance;
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
- Develop scripts to automate operational processes (Ops);
- Operate and support distributed and containerized infrastructures;
- Implement and enhance monitoring and observability tools;
- Support development teams in adopting DevOps best practices;
- Work on projects managed with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in DevOps/SRE
- Experience as a technical leader in DevOps/SRE initiatives
- Experience migrating or modernizing On-Premise environments to the Cloud
- Experience developing in Python
- Hands-on experience with at least one additional language (Java, Go, TypeScript, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of DevOps culture and SRE practices
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with cloud architectures (preferably OCI and Azure)
- Experience with container-based applications (Kubernetes / EKS)
- Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Fortify
- Experience operating distributed infrastructures
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Datadog, Prometheus, Kibana, AppDynamics, Grafana, Dynatrace, and others)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (a plus)
