About the role

  • Workload Management: Plan, implement, and monitor automated processes using CA Workload Automation (CAWA);
  • Performance Analysis: Perform ongoing analyses to identify opportunities to improve task automation;

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with CA Workload Automation, with strong command of the tool's features;
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience with databases;
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
