About the role

  • Define and govern the enterprise architecture for AI solutions integrated into the systems and data ecosystem;
  • Ensure security, scalability, interoperability, compliance, and value realization;
  • Act as a bridge between business, engineering, data, security, and platform teams, guiding end-to-end architectural standards and decisions;
  • Design the solution's multi-agent architecture, ensuring efficient orchestration among specialized agents across the customer journey;
  • Orchestrate the work of specialized AI agents, defining roles, tools, and rules for each stage of the e-commerce process;
  • Define and structure prompts, policies, and guardrails to ensure consistent, safe behavior aligned with brand guidelines;
  • Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (LGPD), preventing data leaks and protecting against prompt-based attacks;
  • Create technical documentation and engineering standards, including agent contracts, prompt templates, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Azure, Databricks, Data Factory, and GCP;
  • Strong software engineering background;
  • Experience with GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, MLMMs, LLMOps, AgentOps, and MLflow;
  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation);
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Spark;
  • Experience with LangGraph;
  • Knowledge of Data Lakehouse architecture.
