About the role

  • Act as a technical reference for development using Blue Prism;
  • Lead the full development lifecycle including process analysis and understanding, solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement;
  • Ensure quality, stability, performance, and security of solutions;
  • Define and enforce development best practices;
  • Participate in analysis and resolution of critical incidents;
  • Participate in change requests (GMUDs), war rooms, and root cause analyses (RCA);
  • Support knowledge transfer processes (shadowing / handover);
  • Mentor and support less experienced developers;
  • Work with technical and business areas to align requirements;
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven, solid experience as a Blue Prism Developer;
  • Advanced proficiency with Process Studio, Object Studio, Exception Handling, Work Queues, and Session Management;
  • Strong experience creating reusable and scalable objects;
  • Experience integrating systems via APIs / Web Services (REST and SOAP);
  • File handling and processing: Excel, CSV, PDF, TXT, XML, JSON;
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for queries and validations;
  • Experience in critical production environments, high-volume process workloads, and working with SLAs;
  • Experience with code versioning, change control, and deployment best practices;
  • Knowledge of ITIL (incidents, problems, and changes);
  • Ability to analyze logs and perform advanced troubleshooting;
  • Experience with other automation tools;
  • Knowledge of Cloud (Azure or equivalent);
  • Understanding of solution architecture and information security;
  • Experience with pipelines / DevOps and integration with legacy systems and ERPs;
  • Blue Prism certifications;
  • Experience in large-scale corporate environments.
