About the role

  • Development and maintenance of OCC solutions;
  • Support in configuring, tuning, and maintaining workflows in OSF/OSM;
  • Analysis and resolution of low- and medium-complexity incidents;
  • Support for production environments;
  • Integration between BSS/OSS systems;
  • Consumption of REST and SOAP web services;
  • Performing technical tests and functional validations;
  • Assistance with technical documentation;
  • Collaborative work with mid-level and senior developers.

Requirements

  • Experience with OCC (Order Capture & Control)
  • Technical or functional knowledge of OSF (Oracle Service Fulfillment) / OSM Framework
  • Experience with integrations between BSS and OSS systems
  • Experience consuming REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience providing support for production environments
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
