About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the definition of all service requirements for products and features
- Contribute to the design of service delivery models, ensuring solutions can be installed, supported, and maintained efficiently
- Maintain and update service costing and planning tools, including detailed Excel-based models (e.g., WBS structures)
- Prepare service validation and readiness activities, including transition plans, service documentation and knowledge transfer
- Support the definition and maintenance of Customer Acceptance Test Plans for new features and changes
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and service teams to ensure alignment across the lifecycle
- Help standardize and improve service packages used for quoting and project planning
- Monitor feedback from field implementations and contribute to continuous improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- First experience or strong interest in service design, IT services, or technical delivery environments
- Very strong Excel skills, including: Working with structured templates (e.g., WBS, effort calculations), Updating cost and effort models, Managing data consistency and accuracy
- Good understanding of service lifecycle management (e.g. ITIL)
- Solid understanding of modern IT technologies and cloud-based architectures
- Experience in healthcare or medical software environments
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
