Build and administer a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in accordance with ITIL
Set up configuration management including a product library and an authorization/access concept
Initialize and maintain products and product configurations
Analyze IT monitoring and process performance and define KPIs
Prepare concepts and specifications in the area of configuration management
Continuously optimize systems, processes and documentation
Independently carry out specialist tasks and lead internal projects
Support project management in the respective discipline

Requirements

ITIL Foundation certification
At least 2 years of experience in IT service management following ITIL
Professional experience in configuration management (2 years after university degree / 5 years after vocational training)
Knowledge of database modeling (e.g., SQL)
Experience in preparing technical concepts/specifications
German C1 and English B1 (CEFR)
Willingness to travel
