About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Modernize and govern the enterprise learning technology infrastructure by integrating Generative AI tools and digital talent platforms into daily workflows
  • Build and maintain a data-driven skills inventory and forecast technology disruptions
  • Design upskilling and reskilling pathways
  • Direct holistic learning tracks, leadership and behavioral transformation programs, and modular micro-learning assets
  • Develop manager enablement toolkits, coaching frameworks, and continuous feedback mechanisms
  • Establish live learning analytics dashboards measuring skill velocity, behavioral adoption, internal mobility, business impact, and ROI
  • Partner with business leaders to align skills forecasting and employee development workflows
  • Own continuous optimization of learning technologies and analytics
  • Drive employee time-to-proficiency and align learning outcomes with strategic business goals
  • Define project scope, prioritize resources, and drive concurrent learning initiatives from concept to execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, instructional design, or talent development
  • Experience mentoring peers or leading teams
  • Demonstrated experience operating modern digital talent stacks and implementing AI-driven learning tools
  • Advanced capability with enterprise digital talent stacks and Generative AI applications
  • Deep mastery of adult learning theory and behavioral psychology
  • Ability to apply cognitive science principles to design retention-focused learning pathways
  • Skill translating executive KPIs and operational metrics into targeted learning interventions
  • Experience building live performance dashboards to track capability velocity and business impact
  • Ability to establish consultative partnerships across management levels and align capability frameworks with enterprise objectives
  • High initiative and independence managing complex, concurrent learning initiatives
  • Ability to define project scope, prioritize resources, and drive initiatives from concept to execution
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
