About the role
- Champion the creation of innovative, engaging, and high-impact learning solutions.
- Serve as a strategic partner to our L&D team and business leaders.
- Translate organizational goals into immersive learning experiences.
- Design and launch end-to-end learning experiences for an enterprise audience.
- Develop a variety of learning offerings: eLearnings, workshops, videos, AI-enabled practice scenarios.
- Leverage AI tools to create personalized learning experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology or high-growth corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Formal training in instructional design, adult learning theory, organizational development, or relevant specialized certifications as a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Canva, Camtasia or other video editing software, Articulate, and AI-powered course/content authoring tools.
- Must be able to manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong visual storytelling and design skills; portfolio of relevant sample content required at application.
