• Support in the daily operational activities of project management
• Independently handle general correspondence by phone and email
• Responsibility for ordering print products
• Record and maintain customer orders and master data
• Focus on organising and coordinating ongoing client projects
• Prepare and compile analyses, reports and presentations
• Organise, coordinate and follow up on appointments, travel and meetings
• Conduct general research tasks
