About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support workstation deployments and end-user environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and system upgrades
- Work with tools such as Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Experience with Windows and macOS
- Strong troubleshooting mindset (you go beyond basic fixes)
- English level B2+ or C1 (required)
- Organized, proactive, and client-focused
- MSP experience (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, or SIEM platforms (Nice to have)
