Key responsibilities & impact

Own quality assurance for all Looker dashboards and campaign forecast Explores before reports are shared with strategists or clients.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, attribution issues, and reporting inconsistencies using paid media expertise.
Build and maintain new Looker dashboards based on evolving marketing reporting needs.
Develop, update, and optimize LookML models, dimensions, measures, and reporting logic.
Verify and maintain integrations between advertising platforms, CRM systems, and campaign data sources.
Monitor data pipelines to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing team and the Data Engineering team by scoping, prioritizing, and translating reporting requests.
Produce clear, concise, plain-language performance summaries for both internal stakeholders and client-facing reports.
Recommend improvements to reporting workflows, dashboard usability, and marketing analytics processes.
Ensure data governance and reporting standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience owning or leading a **Looker implementation or migration** from end to end.
Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining **LookML**.
Solid understanding of **paid media analytics**, including:
ROAS
Attribution models
Marketing funnels
Channel taxonomy
Campaign performance metrics
Experience building scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in Looker.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage priorities across multiple teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional teams.
