About the role
- Research companies and decision-maker contacts online (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Verify and tag data for accuracy on our platform
- Support internal teams with ad hoc research and spreadsheet prep
- Follow structured SOPs and checklists to ensure quality results
Requirements
- 1+ year in research, data entry, or virtual assistant roles
- Strong web research and spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets) skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong written English communication
- Nice-to-Haves: CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable), B2B data tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo), or interest in logistics/supply chain.
