About the role

  • Build AI-enabled automation products using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Design, implement, and maintain LLM-based features and RAG pipelines
  • Develop agentic tools and scalable agent-driven systems using AI frameworks and web automation (Selenium, Playwright)
  • Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship MVP features with scalability and maintainability in mind
  • Collaborate within a small, high-impact founding team to shape platform features for Amazon sellers
  • Work remotely from LATAM while aligning schedules to US/PST hours

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across backend and frontend development
  • Strong Python skills and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG pipelines
  • Proficiency with AI/automation tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, Selenium, or Playwright
  • Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
  • Comfortable working in US timezones (EST/MST/CST/PST) and available to work PST hours
  • Comfortable working as an independent contractor (responsible for own equipment, taxes, benefits)
  • Startup/high-growth mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • Preferred: experience at early-stage startups, e-commerce/Amazon seller ecosystem, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), DevOps practices, portfolio or open-source projects
