About the role
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Manage timelines, tasks, and workflows using Teamwork Projects (similar to Asana or other popular project management softwares)
- Serve as a strong task manager, ensuring all action items are captured, assigned, and completed on time.
- Work closely with project leads who are responsible for execution, guiding them to follow the established process and stay on track.
- Ensure all teams are aligned on project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, standups, and status updates.
- Track project progress, identify blockers, and escalate issues when needed.
- Help prioritize tasks and resources to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- You have worked at US-based startups before
- 3+ years of experience
