About the role
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations—from sourcing to delivery.
- Vendor Communication: Act as the main point of contact with factories and suppliers in India and China.
- Freight & Forwarding Coordination: Manage relationships with freight forwarders and shipping partners; coordinate container building and dispatch schedules.
- Order Management: Own the full order lifecycle including processing, fulfillment tracking, and updates to major retailers.
- Inspection Reports: Review and maintain documentation for product inspections and shipping quality.
- Customer & Partner Liaison: Respond promptly to emails, calls, and customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience: Must have prior experience in international logistics, import/export, and freight coordination.
- Communication: Proactive communicator who responds to emails and calls without delay.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple shipments and orders without missing key details.
