About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and lead the operational framework for beta and early release programs.
Develop and execute the communication strategy for all product updates.
Lead internal training sessions for Client Success, Support, and Sales teams.
Act as the primary gatekeeper for "Internal Readiness"
Own and optimize an AI-enabled content engine (e.g., Claude).
Maintain and optimize the external Knowledge Base.
Own the strategy and execution of in-app messaging and guides (e.g., Pendo).
Monitor and report on adoption outcomes within the critical 30–60 day post-release window.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in SaaS operations, product enablement, or client success.
Proven experience managing beta programs or early access initiatives for complex SaaS products.
Exceptional communication skills, with a background in developing internal and external messaging strategies.
Experience leading live and recorded training sessions for diverse professional audiences.
Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in KB and In-App Guidance tools.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for content generation and workflow automation.
Experience with the health and life insurance industry or insurance agency workflows.
Experience managing Guru or similar internal knowledge management/AI agent platforms.
