About the role
- Consultative selling. You won't just be a "feature pusher." You’ll guide agency owners through the process by offering strategic advice on how AgencyAnalytics can improve their operations
- Owning the cycle. You’ll handle the full process from start to finish. This means outreach to inbound leads, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing.
- Following the playbook. We have a system that works. You’ll qualify inbound leads and use our sales playbook to make sure revenue opportunities don’t slip through the cracks.
- Showing the value. You’ll run tailored demos that connect our features to the prospect’s specific pain points to drive impact and ROI.
- Being the voice of the customer. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Product, Support and Success teams to share what you’re hearing in the field so we can keep innovating.
- Keeping things organized. You’ll manage a full pipeline in HubSpot and stay on top of your deals without letting the details drop.
- Building the team. We want your ideas and value your experience! You’ll help us build a world-class sales culture as we grow.

Benefits
- This role offers a base salary between $70,000 and $100,000 CAD, plus variable compensation as part of a 60/40 OTE plan.
- Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity.
- Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
