About the role
- Create conversion-optimized UX prototypes in Figma for landing pages, product pages and online shop features — with a clear focus on user flow, friction reduction and measurable results
- Develop performance-oriented graphics and visuals that support conversion goals, not just look good
- Work closely with copywriters and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with copy
- Understand technical constraints (responsive design, loading times, Shopify feasibility, page builder logic, etc.) and account for them in your designs
- Optional: design conversion-focused email templates that are visually and structurally optimized for performance
Requirements
- Proficient with Figma for UX prototyping with a focus on conversion optimization
- Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, imagery and user flow
- Solid understanding of conversion design — you know how to guide users intentionally and have applied this in practice
- Experience in performance marketing — ideally from e-commerce, CRO or landing-page environments
- Solution-oriented and able to align your designs with technical constraints
- Able to work autonomously without constant supervision and take ownership of your work
- Hustler mindset: you enjoy finishing tasks, seeing quick results and working on new projects
- Basic knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator or similar is a plus to support the areas above
- Requirement: fluent German
Benefits
- Instead of spending the whole day just producing graphics, you’ll work at the direct interface of customer psychology, marketing and conversion — developing a deeper understanding of what actually works with each test and analyzed result
- You’ll see a wide range of e-commerce projects across health, beauty, fitness and fashion and gain insight into performance marketing that traditional design roles don’t offer
- Rather than sitting on a project for weeks, your tasks change day-to-day — new challenges, new tests, new optimizations
- Boredom isn’t an option
- You can work remotely, structure your day freely and be part of a team that values performance over perfectionism and fast iterations over endless approval loops
- If you show potential, you can build your area independently and have real impact on our clients’ conversion results
