About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the creation and execution of detailed test plans.
Design and develop automated tests using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Perform risk and impact analyses to ensure system stability.
Monitor quality metrics and present progress reports to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in QA and software testing.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to work with test automation tools, preferably JavaScript + Playwright (Selenium and Cypress are also accepted).
Solid experience with API test automation - Postman.
Solid experience with Azure DevOps - Test Plans.
Ability to identify, document, and track defects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
QA certifications (e.g., CTFL, CTAL) are a plus.
Experience in telecommunications companies is a plus.
