About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex projects to define, design, and deploy AI Agent journeys for corporate processes.
Map and redesign end-to-end journeys across areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT.
Design and implement governance frameworks for AI agents, ensuring security and compliance.
Drive the development of business cases, roadmaps, and KPIs to monitor the value generated by journeys and agents.
Support the definition of functional architecture standards for agents, integrations, and multi-agent flows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience managing and leading complex corporate projects.
Experience with HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT processes and systems.
Experience in journey/process design and transformation (BPM, Service Design, or Customer Journey).
Knowledge of agent frameworks and generative AI (LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, orchestration frameworks).
Experience with projects in ERP environments and integrated enterprise ecosystems.
Knowledge of BPMN / Process Mining, solution architecture and integrations (APIs, workflows), and automation tools (RPA/IPA).
Agile methodologies and project portfolio management.
Governance, security, and compliance for AI.
