About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and evolution of B2C and B2B products
Catalog, offers, services, and integration platforms
Exposing APIs and reusable services
Integration with CRM, billing systems, and partners
Building solutions focused on scalability, time-to-market, and innovation
Systems operate in a critical, high-volume environment with significant impact on the business core
Act as the technical authority in defining and evolving the platform architecture and develop people within squads focused on creating new telecom products and digital capabilities
Lead complex architectural decisions (performance, cost, resilience, and security trade-offs)
Participate in defining the architecture of digital products, supporting technical decisions, standards, and best practices
Define technical, architectural, and integration standards across multiple teams
Coordinate and ensure the technical quality of integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and service-oriented architectures
Conduct design reviews, architectural reviews, and major technical decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong, proven experience as a Tech Lead / Principal Engineer / Software Architect
Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot in large-scale production environments
Experience designing and operating distributed microservices architectures in production
Advanced experience with event-driven architecture, messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar or similar), and sagas (orchestration and choreography)
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous APIs, contract versioning and governance, and observability (structured logs, metrics, distributed tracing)
Proven experience in mission-critical, high-volume systems: deployment, post-deployment, and support
Experience with complex integrations involving multiple systems, external partners, and legacy systems
Promote technical knowledge sharing, conduct code reviews, and support team development
Exceptional communication skills, both technical and executive
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions
Ability to influence without formal authority
Collaborative, strategic, and result-oriented profile
Cloud (AWS or GCP) at scale, DevOps and CI/CD experience, experience with strategic DDD in distributed environments, and experience in regulated and high-criticality environments
Mandatory experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and billing integrations and development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
