About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for PMO activities across strategic IT projects and portfolios, ensuring governance and monitoring of initiatives.
Structure and manage schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones and metrics.
Responsible for consolidating information and preparing executive materials (status, risks, decisions, next steps).
Monitor the prioritized roadmap, ensuring teams remain focused on ongoing deliveries.
Support demand funnel management (intake, prioritization and routing of initiatives).
Act as a facilitator between technology and business areas, promoting alignment and integration; identify deviations and risks and work with the team to design corrective and preventive actions.
Lead forums and executive committees, ensuring visibility and driving decision-making.
Support the evolution of PMO processes, methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in PMO and IT project management.
Experience in technology projects or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and ability to organize information.
Experience monitoring scope, schedule, risks and performance indicators.
Clear communication and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of project methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum or hybrid approaches).
Bachelor's degree completed (IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields).
Availability to work on-site 3 days per week in Vila Olímpia.
