About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure that the most critical projects progress with proper governance, cadence, and measurable results.
Remove blockers and align cross-area interfaces — facilitate, not perform technical execution.
Act as a bridge between technical OSS/Engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
Identify, consolidate, and escalate critical risks and dependencies, especially in core OSS components.
Produce concise materials: portfolio status, critical risks, pending decisions, and recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in PMO / IT project management, handling multiple simultaneous and highly complex projects.
Experience in the Telecommunications sector.
Ability to operate across both technical and executive levels.
Strong skills in structuring, analyzing, and consolidating information, with executive-level communication.
Knowledge of management frameworks and practices (PMI, Agile, PMO practices).
Systemic view, structured thinking, and a strong sense of ownership.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Project management certification desirable (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
