About the role

  • Design integration architectures (API-led, Event-driven, Batch and Real-time) that ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Implement and govern APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), defining integration standards, versioning and contracts to ensure consistency.
  • Ensure the security of integrations (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, API Keys) and implement observability (logs, metrics, tracing and alerts) for proactive monitoring.
  • Perform troubleshooting of critical integrations, quickly identifying and resolving issues to minimize impact.
  • Support teams in solution design and in applying integration best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, EDA, Messaging).
  • Proficiency with API Management tools (MuleSoft, Apigee) and ESB/SOA (Oracle SOA).
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, JMS) and cloud platforms (GCP and OpenShift).
  • Experience with integration security (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, API Keys) and observability solutions (Elasticsearch).
  • Architectural thinking, clear communication, strong analytical skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Certifications in integration platforms or cloud technologies are a plus.
